Background Story:
When I was young there was always one desert that blew all of the rest out of the water for me. That was my grandma’s homemade apple pie. A couple of times a year she would make it for the family and sometimes I had the pleasure of getting to help. Learning to do some baking was always fun, the pies were phenomenal (melt in your mouth), and best of all spending some time with grandma is always the absolute best!
