Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup regular rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Skinless chicken thighs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Celery salt
- 1 to 2 cups milk
Instructions:
- Grease pan.
- Spread rice on bottom of pan and season with salt, pepper and a good amount of celery salt.
- Mix a little warm water with the cream of chicken soup to spreading consistency.
- Cover the rice with the soup mixture.
- Trim fat off chicken and lay on top of soup.
- Season chicken with salt pepper, and celery salt to taste.
- Add milk.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (Serves 2-3)

Notes: I usually double the amounts. I usually use 2% milk and the higher amount of milk. For creamier rice, put ingredients together in the morning, cover, and put in refrigerator for 1 to 10 hours. Uncover and bake as directed. You will need a large pan, as it will expand while baking.
